30W30 Sketch and Wash

So I decided to explore and, dare I say, cheat a little, on the 30 Watercolors in 30 Days. I used a General Pencil Sketch and Wash Pencil. I know that those are usually used for shading but I have always loved the juxtaposed lines against soft wash. It makes pieces look as if they have been plucked out of my old fashion magazines. 30 Drawings in 30 Days Challenge Starts November 1st.

I have been playing with this idea for a while. I wanted the equivalent of NaNoWriMo for art. I think to be able to write a whole novel in 30 days is pretty amazing. However, to produce artwork, under pressure, that has commercial appeal is not conducive of good art. Though 30 in 30 has been done before, I figure I place some restraints on what you can do.
