I was born in Puerto Rico, where my summers were spent building sand castles and bathing in the Caribbean Ocean.  My mother was a seamstress and my father was a drafter. She taught me sewing at an early age. Thanks to my mother, my appreciation for fashion goes deeper than just aesthetics. This nurtured my love of feminine fashion illustrations.

My mother’s magazines inspired my desire to become a fashion illustrator. I would sneak into her sewing room to gaze at the fashion illustrations in the magazines she collected.  The dream of drawing and skechting of fashion never left me. Later, we moved to the United States, and pursued my love of all things creative. Without a doubt, creating illustrations is my passion.

My parents encouraged me and never stifled my creative dreams. For that reason, I studied commercial art. Afterwards, I studied graphic design at Parsons New School of Design in New York City.  Along with graphic design, I studied web design and search engine optimization. This was another way to help launch my business helping business owners launch their own businesses.

From letterpress design, typography. and stationery with my lettering and illustrated work featured, this led me to dedicate my design practice to creating fashion illustrations and characters.

I have illustrated for Christian Dior, Jimmy Choo NY, New York & Company, Bloomingdale’s and many other companies for my distinctive fashionable feminine style. My love for travel and art have combined to become the perfect career. I have the best job in the world.
