Girly Sketches- Retro Chic Sketches of Vogue`s Across The Aisle

As I paged through the couture pictures of Vouge, I couldn`t help but feel the need to sketch them. Specially the photo essay photographed by Arthur Elgort. It was so intensely retro chic and yet delicately neo-modern. Though all I really wanted was to sketch the pretty girls on the big poofy hats, no matter what I did, they looked retro. The kind of retro you see in old french magazines. They are sweet, quick croquis that I just love.
