30W30 Baah Baah Sheep

This little sheep is happy to see you! Only two more days of 30 Watercolors in 30 Days and I know I will miss it. As a matter of fact I plan on continuing on and posting artwork almost daily. I think I created on average about 10 watercolors a day. I think these quick little sketches are the most satisfying. Love you Sheepie!

But in case you didn`t, the sign above tells the truth. This one is a mix of ink and watercolor. Though I used lines to show shadows, I purposely colored darker the side that would not have a shadow. It`s a little rough and shaky. I think that look is more retro. Sometimes drawing in the computer will straighten out the lines and changes the feel considerably. Hope you do too!

30W30 Clear Day in Paris

Probably not in autumn, but maybe on a crisp, clear day. It looks springy to me. I am not sure that I will stop drawing this year. I think next month I will do mixed media, ink and watercolors.

Hammitt LA Fashion Watercolor Illustration

It`s not quite a Hammitt, but I do love the look of those bags. This year I got to meet Tony from Hammitt LA and he was super nice. I don`t like the splatter effect but had to try it. This actually looks nice!
